Materials Science Methods: Synthesize and characterize AuNO@AgNC nanostar@nanocube heterostructures to ensure their SERS enhancement effect and biocompatibility. Spectroscopy Methods: Establish a standardized SERS spectral acquisition process, including optimization of parameters such as probe and sample incubation time, laser wavelength, and exposure time. Artificial Intelligence Methods: Use Transformer neural networks in deep learning to extract features, denoise, and build classification models from the collected complex Raman spectral data. Clinical Epidemiology Methods: Compare SERS-AI diagnostic results with standard results.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

采用病例记录表(CRF) 采集受试者的临床信息(包括年龄、性别、牙位、临床检查结果、X线片结果)及SERS光谱检测结果。数据由研究人员手工录入Excel或专用数据库进行管理,不涉及电子采集和管理系统(EDC)。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data will be collected using a Case Record Form (CRF), which includes clinical information (age, sex, tooth site, clinical examination findings, radiographic findings) and SERS spectral data. Data will be manually entered into Excel or a dedicated database by researchers; no Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system will be used.
