研究目的：

1.通过全面分析乙肝患者的流行病学特征，揭示其年度变化规律，为区域疾病负担评估提供数据支持。 2.全面分析我院CHB患者抗病毒治疗模式，评估不同治疗策略在真实世界的疗效、安全性、耐药性及用药依从性。 3.探索疾病进展及不良结局关联因素，融合大数据挖掘与前沿机器学习算法，构建预测模型，识别与肝硬化、HCC发生风险相关的流行病学因素，为个体化风险评估和临床决策提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Through a comprehensive analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B patients, reveal their annual changes, and provide data support for regional disease burden assessment. 2. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the antiviral treatment mode for CHB patients in our hospital, evaluate the efficacy, safety, drug resistance, and medication adherence of different treatment strategies in the real world. 3. Explore the factors associated with disease progression and adverse outcomes, integrate big data mining and cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, construct predictive models, identify epidemiological factors related to the risk of liver cirrhosis and HCC, and provide a basis for individualized risk assessment and clinical decision-making.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他主要病因性慢性肝病，如丙型/丁型肝炎、自身免疫性肝病（AIH、PBC、PSC）、遗传代谢性肝病（Wilson 病、血色病等）；
2.非抗乙肝病毒药物所致的药物性肝损伤（DILI），经临床判定与药物具有相关性；
3.急性乙型肝炎或非活动性HBsAg携带者；
4.数据缺失严重或随访时间<6个月；
5.研究期间接受肝移植或其他可能影响乙肝自然病程和治疗结局的重大干预；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other major pathogenic chronic liver diseases, such as hepatitis C/D, autoimmune liver diseases (AIH, PBC, PSC), genetic metabolic liver diseases (Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, etc.);
2.Drug induced liver injury (DILI) caused by non anti hepatitis B virus drugs is clinically determined to be related to drugs;
3.Acute hepatitis B or inactive HBsAg carriers;
4.Serious data missing or follow-up time<6 months;
5.Liver transplantation or other major interventions that may affect the natural course and treatment outcome of hepatitis B during the study period;
