研究目的：

本研究以健康生态学模型为指导，采用“量性+质性”汇聚平行混合方法，从多层面探索HIV/AIDS多重慢病人群健康促进行为的影响因素及机制，为健康管理者制定行之有效的健康促进行为管理方案提供依据，从而提升HIV/AIDS多重慢病人群的健康促进行为水平，进一步降低HIV/NCDs的发病风险。  

Objectives of Study：

Guided by the health ecology model, this study used the ' quantitative + qualitative ' convergence parallel mixing method to explore the influencing factors and mechanisms of health promotion behavior of HIV / AIDS patients with multiple chronic diseases from multiple levels, so as to provide a basis for health managers to formulate effective health promotion behavior management programs, so as to improve the level of health promotion behavior of HIV / AIDS patients with multiple chronic diseases and further reduce the risk of HIV / NCDs.

排除标准：

1.有严重视听障碍或阅读能力低下，不能理解该研究目的及内容者； 2.合并严重HIV相关神经认知障碍或其他严重躯体疾病无法参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. those who have severe visual and auditory impairment or low reading ability and cannot understand the purpose and content of the study; 2. Patients with severe HIV-related neurocognitive disorders or other serious physical diseases could not participate in the study.

The data is to be archived in the ' Zhejiang Provincial Medical Research Database '. Because some research data are applying for patents and publishing articles, and the data protection period is 1 year, the scientific data sharing method is limited sharing data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.患者的一般和临床资料数据采集 （1）研究者根据标准对拟入组患者进行资格筛查； （2）研究者依托杭州市定点医院艾滋病随访门诊，于2026年4月至 2027年4月对该门诊HIV感染者进行现场问卷调查。 2.HIV/AIDS多重慢病患者健康促进行为驱动力的质性访谈数据 （1）研究者根据标准对拟入组患者进行资格筛查； （2）研究人员了解受访者的相关信息，建立良好的关系，取得受访者的信任，向符合标准的研究对象详细介绍访谈目的、内容和方法，承诺遵守保密原则，选择安静的房间作为访谈地点。访谈过程中，鼓励受访者充分表达自己的想法、感受和体验，并采用录音和笔记相结合的方式记录资料，同时注意观察受访者的语调、表情和肢体动作等信息。本次研究每次访谈时间控制在30～40min。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.General and clinical data collection of patients ( 1 ) The researchers screened the eligible patients according to the criteria ; ( 2 ) Based on the AIDS follow-up clinic of Hangzhou designated hospital, the researchers conducted an on-site questionnaire survey on HIV-infected patients in the clinic from April 2026 to April 2027. 2.Qualitative interview data on the driving force of health promotion behavior in HIV / AIDS patients with multiple chronic diseases ( 1 ) The researchers screened the eligible patients according to the criteria ; ( 2 ) The researchers understand the relevant information of the interviewees, establish a good relationship, obtain the trust of the interviewees, introduce the purpose, content and methods of the interview to the standard subjects in detail, promise to abide by the principle of confidentiality, and choose a quiet room as the interview place. During the interview, the interviewees were encouraged to fully express their thoughts, feelings and experiences, and the data were recorded by a combination of recording and note-taking, while paying attention to the information of the interviewees ' intonation, expression and body movements. The time of each interview in this study was controlled at 30 ~ 40 min.
