研究目的:

本研究通过应用智能机器人互动巡回式健康教育,对养老社区老年糖尿病患者进行健康管理,评估老年糖尿病患者使用机器人后的满意度、糖尿病知识、自我管理能力及自我效能,并获得与其使用的总体评估和建议,以提高患者自我管理行为,降低患者糖尿病痛苦,提高患者生存质量。  

Objectives of Study:

This study uses intelligent robot interactive itinerant health education to conduct health management for elderly diabetic patients in a retirement community. It evaluates the satisfaction, diabetes knowledge, self-management ability and self-efficacy of elderly diabetic patients after using the robot, and obtains overall evaluation and suggestions for its use to improve patients' self-management behavior, reduce patients' diabetes pain, and improve patients' quality of life.

排除标准:

1.合并糖尿病急性并发症需紧急治疗; 2.生活不能自理; 3.视力 / 听力障碍无法配合机器人教育; 4.参与其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Acute complications of diabetes require urgent treatment; 2. Unable to take care of oneself; 3. Visual/hearing impairment makes it impossible to cooperate with robot education; 4. Participate in other clinical studies.

采用常规的糖尿病健康宣教,为患者发放糖尿病健康教育 手册及糖尿病健康宣教视频,患者可自行扫码观看, 内容包括如何均衡饮食、适当地锻炼、合理的用药、胰岛素注射手法以及保持良好的情绪, 同时也会耐心解答患者提出的疑问。

患者在常规糖尿病健康教育的基础上,结合人工智能宣教机器人进行糖尿病宣教,具体干预内容如下: 1.智能机器人使用方法培训:机器人工程师对小组成员开展培训,确保其熟练掌握操作规程,培训内容包括机器人基本操作、健康宣教系统操作、人机语音交互、问卷数据收集及自主充电等;机器人配备麦克风、摄像头、触控屏等基本配置,除健康宣教外,还具备病房介绍、智能问答、问路引领及科室宣传等功能。 2.智能机器人巡回式健康教育模块内容:依据糖尿病“五驾马车”,分为糖尿病知识、饮食、运动、血糖监测、药物五类。形式:机器人自主按预设线路前往指定地点播放宣教内容;同时支持人机交互,患者可语音唤醒机器人获取所需知识,机器人可根据患者身高计算标准体重、每日总热量及营养素摄入量。时间:干预2-3周,每周2-3次,每次15~30分钟,内容以课件、动画为主,辅以漫画、图片及文字形式。

Form: The robot autonomously travels to the designated location to play the education content according to the preset route; it also supports human-machine interaction.
