纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重神经系统疾病史（痴呆、癫痫、脑卒中后遗症、严重颅脑外伤等） 2.严重精神疾病史（精神分裂症、双相情感障碍等） 3.严重听力或视力障碍影响沟通评估 4.长期服用精神类药物（抗抑郁药、抗精神病药、苯二氮卓类药物等） 5.药物或酒精滥用史 6.预计术后需带气管导管转入ICU 7.语言沟通障碍（无法完成评估） 8.拒绝参与研究

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of severe neurological diseases (dementia, epilepsy, stroke sequelae, severe traumatic brain injury, etc.) 2.History of severe psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.) 3.Severe hearing or visual impairment affecting communication and assessment 4.Long-term use of psychotropic medications (antidepressants, antipsychotics, benzodiazepines, etc.) 5.History of drug or alcohol abuse 6.Expected postoperative transfer to ICU with endotracheal intubation 7.Language communication barriers (unable to complete assessments) 8.Refusal to participate in the study
