研究目的：

目前，我国 PCI 术后患者残余风险管理面临多重挑战：一方面，我国 PCI 术后患者中血脂达标率与残余风险发生率呈现分离现象。另一方面，国内对 PCI 术后患者研究多局限于单一生物标志物分析，且缺乏对多因素交互作用的系统性评估。在临床实践中，既往评分系统来进行初步预后风险的预测，评分参数包括年龄、血脂情况、高血压、糖尿病、吸烟史、饮酒史等，但这些评分系统未能充分考虑RR和心脏电生理活动等重要信息。因此，本研究旨在通过整合炎症标志物、血脂指标、血栓指标及电生理特征并结合传统心血管危险因素进行系统性评估，更深刻地揭示 PCI 术后患者残余风险特征，建立并验证预测模型，为PCI术后患者风险分层与个性化治疗策略提供重要的依据。

Objectives of Study：

At present, the management of residual risk in post-PCI patients in China faces multiple challenges: On one hand, in Chinese post-PCI patients, there is a disconnect between achieving target lipid levels and the occurrence of residual risk. On the other hand, domestic research on post-PCI patients is mostly limited to single biomarker analyses and lacks systematic assessment of multifactorial interactions. In clinical practice, previous scoring systems are used to preliminarily predict prognostic risk, with scoring parameters including age, lipid levels, hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, and drinking history, but these scoring systems fail to fully consider important information such as residual risk (RR) and cardiac electrophysiological activity. Therefore, this study aims to systematically evaluate post-PCI patients by integrating inflammatory markers, lipid indicators, thrombotic markers, and electrophysiological features together with traditional cardiovascular risk factors, to more deeply reveal the characteristics of residual risk in post-PCI patients, establish and validate a predictive model, and provide important evidence for risk stratification and personalized treatment strategies in post-PCI patients.

排除标准：

1.急、慢性重症感染性、自身免疫性疾病和严重血液系统疾病。 2.精神障碍或认知功能异常。 3.恶性肿瘤、严重肝、肾功能不全，术后出现严重并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute and chronic severe infectious, autoimmune diseases, and serious hematological diseases. 2. Mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction. 3. Malignant tumors, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, and severe postoperative complications.
