研究目的：

本研究旨在补充能立多产品上市后的真实世界证据，重点验证该产品在湖南地区特定遗传背景、饮食习惯及环境下的婴幼儿人群中的耐受性与消化适应性 。同时，研究将通过严格的随访，系统性收集胃肠道症状数据，对上市后产品在大规模人群使用中可能出现的罕见或非预期反应进行负责任的安全性持续监测，核心指标聚焦于客观的生长发育与耐受性数据，严格遵循科学原则，不包含任何夸大宣传或促销目的 。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to supplement real-world evidence after the launch of the Neng Li Duo product, focusing on verifying the tolerance and digestive adaptability of this product in infant populations in Hunan under specific genetic backgrounds, dietary habits, and environmental conditions. At the same time, through rigorous follow-up, the study will systematically collect gastrointestinal symptom data and conduct responsible ongoing safety monitoring of rare or unexpected reactions that may occur during large-scale use of the product post-market. The core indicators focus on objective data on growth, development, and tolerance, strictly following scientific principles, without any exaggerated promotion or marketing purposes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1)本地居住<6个月； (2) 婴儿确诊食物过敏、严重先天性疾病、遗传代谢病等； (3) 目前正在使用特殊医学用途配方食品（FSMP）；（4）参加了另一项营养干预试验；（5）母乳喂养均超过总奶量的20%。（6）父母一方有严重过敏史，或医生评估为过敏高风险的婴儿（婴儿可能属于高敏体质）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Local residency for less than 6 months; 2. Infants diagnosed with food allergies, severe congenital diseases, genetic metabolic disorders, etc; 3. Currently using formula foods for special medical purposes (FSMP); 4. Participated in another nutritional intervention trial; 5. Breastfeeding accounts for more than 20% of the total milk production. 6. A baby whose parents have a history of severe allergies or whose doctor has assessed a high risk of allergies (the baby may have a high sensitivity constitution).
