研究目的:

本研究旨在探讨体力疲劳、脑力疲劳及体脑混合疲劳条件下,在非预期侧切任务中对足球运动员膝关节生物力学特征的影响。通过模拟接近真实比赛情境的疲劳与突发决策环境,分析不同疲劳状态对膝关节负荷及前交叉韧带损伤风险相关指标的作用机制,为运动损伤预防及训练监控提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of physical fatigue, cognitive fatigue, and combined physical–cognitive fatigue on knee joint biomechanics during unanticipated sidestep cutting tasks in soccer players. By simulating fatigue conditions and decision-making demands similar to real-game scenarios, this study seeks to explore the underlying mechanisms by which different fatigue states influence knee joint loading and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury risk, providing evidence for injury prevention and training strategies.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.存在任何急性或慢性下肢损伤; 2.既往有前交叉韧带损伤或手术史; 3.实验过程中未能完成疲劳诱导或测试任务; 4.数据采集过程中出现明显错误或数据缺失; 5.未能按要求完成全部实验流程。

Exclusion criteria:

1. There is any acute or chronic injury of the lower limbs; 2. There is a history of anterior cruciate ligament injury or surgery in the past; 3. The fatigue induction or test tasks were not completed during the experiment; 4. There were obvious errors or data missing during the data collection process; 5. The entire experimental procedure was not completed as required.

本研究采用随机交叉设计,四种实验条件(体力疲劳、脑力疲劳、体脑混合疲劳及对照)采用拉丁方设计进行顺序随机化。随机序列由研究人员使用计算机随机数生成方法生成,并对不同实验条件的顺序进行平衡,以减少顺序效应的影响。

This study adopts a randomized crossover design. The order of the four experimental conditions (physical fatigue, mental fatigue, combined physical and mental fatigue, and control) is randomized using a Latin square design. The randomization sequence is generated by a researcher using a computer-based random number generator to ensure balanced allocation and minimize potential order effects.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究采用标准化数据采集与管理流程。所有实验数据通过Vicon三维运动捕捉系统与Kistler三维测力台同步采集,并由专业人员进行标记点识别、轨迹补全及滤波处理。受试者基本信息及主观量表数据采用纸质记录表(Case Report Form, CRF)进行记录,并由两名研究人员进行双重核对后录入电子数据库。所有数据均进行匿名化处理,并存储于受密码保护的计算机中,仅限研究团队成员访问。数据分析前对数据进行完整性与一致性检查,以确保数据质量。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Standardized procedures are used for data collection and management. Kinematic and kinetic data are synchronously collected using a Vicon motion capture system and a Kistler force plate. Data processing, including marker identification, trajectory reconstruction, and filtering, is performed by trained personnel. Participant information and subjective measures are recorded using case report forms (CRFs), and data are double-checked by two researchers before being entered into an electronic database. All data are anonymized and stored on password-protected computers with access restricted to the research team. Data integrity and consistency are verified prior to statistical analysis to ensure data quality.
