研究目的：

描述河南省医疗机构皮肤病患者的流行病学分布特征与临床用药模式，分析重点皮肤病，为区域皮肤病防控策略和临床合理用药提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the epidemiological distribution characteristics and clinical medication patterns of dermatology patients in medical institutions in Henan Province, analyze priority skin diseases, and provide references for regional skin disease prevention and control strategies as well as rational clinical drug use.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.住院天数小于1天（日间病房或当天出入院）； 2.关键信息缺失（如无明确诊断、无用药记录）； 3.数据记录存在明显逻辑错误或重复。 4.合并诊断包括恶性肿瘤、重要脏器（心、肝、肺、肾）功能衰竭，且处于急性发作期。 5.本次住院主要因合并其他皮肤病进行治疗，可能使目标疾病的用药特征分析产生混杂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hospital stay less than 1 day (day ward or same-day admission and discharge); 2. Missing key information (e.g., no definite diagnosis, no medication records); 3. Obvious logical errors or duplication in data records; 4. Concurrent diagnosis includes malignant tumors or functional failure of vital organs (heart, liver, lung, kidney) in the acute exacerbation phase; 5. The primary reason for this hospitalization is treatment for other concomitant skin diseases, which may cause confounding in the analysis of medication characteristics for the target disease.
