研究目的：

本研究旨在对英文版疼痛相关睡眠信念与态度量表（Pain-Related Beliefs and Attitudes about Sleep, PBAS）进行系统的跨文化调适，形成适合中国人群的中文版本，并检验其在中国慢性疼痛共病失眠患者群体中的信度和效度，为中国疼痛医学、康复医学及睡眠医学领域提供标准化的疼痛特异性睡眠认知评估工具。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically adapt the English version of the Pain-Related Beliefs and Attitudes about Sleep (PBAS) scale cross-culturally to develop a Chinese version suitable for the Chinese population, and to test its reliability and validity in Chinese patients with chronic pain comorbid with insomnia, thereby providing a standardized pain-specific sleep cognition assessment tool for the fields of pain medicine, rehabilitation medicine, and sleep medicine in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知功能障碍（如痴呆、智力障碍）（MMSE 得分≤ 26 分）或精神障碍（如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍发作期）（由一名经验丰富的主治医生根据临床访谈确认）无法配合问卷调查者； 2.患有严重心、脑、肝、肾等系统性疾病，或恶性肿瘤终末期等身体状况无法完成问卷者； 3.严重视力障碍或听力障碍影响问卷理解和填写者；无法用中文进行有效沟通者； 4.正在参与可能影响本研究结果的类似研究者（如同时参与疼痛或失眠相关的干预研究）； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe cognitive dysfunction (such as dementia or intellectual disability) (MMSE score ≤ 26) or psychiatric disorders (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder in the acute phase) (confirmed by an experienced attending physician through clinical interview) who are unable to cooperate with the questionnaire survey; 2. Individuals with severe systemic diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, or terminal malignant tumors whose physical condition prevents them from completing the questionnaire; 3. Individuals with severe visual or hearing impairments that affect understanding and completing the questionnaire; those unable to communicate effectively in Chinese; 4. Individuals currently participating in similar studies that may affect the results of this study (such as interventions related to pain or insomnia); 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
