研究目的：

目前，适合疾病早筛的生物标志物被广泛研究并逐步应用于临床。但大多数人群筛查项目的假阳性率相对较高，这对患者造成了不必要的心理负担。此外，目前针对不同类型疾病筛查的项目仍然缺乏，因此急需一种单一简便的筛查方案如高通量的蛋白质组学和代谢组学可以在早期发现疾病。  

Objectives of Study：

Currently, biomarkers suitable for early disease screening have been extensively studied and gradually applied in clinical practice. However, the false positive rate of most population screening programs is relatively high, which causes unnecessary psychological burdens for patients. Moreover, there are still a lack of screening programs for different types of diseases at present. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a simple and single screening solution, such as high-throughput proteomics and metabolomics, which can detect diseases at an early stage.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠妇女或哺乳期妇女；
2.除结直肠癌外其他癌症；
3.病情危急，难以对治疗的有效性何安全性做出确切评价者；
4.已做结直肠癌根治术者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women or lactating women;
2.Other cancers except colorectal cancer;
3.The condition is critical, making it difficult to make a definite assessment of the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.
4.Those who have undergone radical surgery for colorectal cancer;
