本研究旨在深入调查ICU护士职业悲伤的现状水平及其影响因素，系统探讨职业悲伤与心理脱离、死亡应对能力、心理弹性等关键变量间的相关性，并基于研究发现为护理管理者开展针对性的心理健康培训与支持体系提供科学的实证参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct an in-depth investigation into the current level of occupational sadness among ICU nurses and the influencing factors. It systematically explores the correlations between occupational sadness and key variables such as psychological detachment, death coping ability, and psychological resilience. Based on the research findings, it provides scientific empirical references for nursing managers to develop targeted mental health training and support systems.
