研究目的：

本研究旨在通过高频超声和眼前段OCT评估外伤性白内障患者术前后囊膜完整性，并与术中对比，明确两种检查方法的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the integrity of the posterior capsule in patients with traumatic cataract using high-frequency ultrasound and anterior segment OCT, compare the findings with intraoperative observations, and determine the accuracy of the two examination methods.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重眼外伤；
2.损伤累及视网膜黄斑区功能；
3.角膜损伤引起巨大瘢痕及严重散光；
4.眼部有手术史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.severe ocular trauma;
2.involving macular function;
3.massive corneal scarring and severe astigmatism caused by corneal injury;
4.history of ocular surgery;
