研究目的：

目前国内外对于预测SHS的研究主要包括有创及无创监测，其中在术前结合不同体位及不同大血管容量变化来预测SHS的研究尚缺乏，因此本课题通过研究剖宫产麻醉前不同体位下下腔静脉塌陷指数、颈动脉矫正血流时间变化对剖宫产腰麻后仰卧位低血压综合征的预测作用，对剖宫产围术期药物应用、采取准确干预措施以改善母婴预后提供一定的临床参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Currently, domestic and international research on predicting SHS mainly includes invasive and non-invasive monitoring. However, studies predicting SHS by combining different preoperative positions and changes in the volume of major blood vessels are still lacking. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the predictive role of inferior vena cava collapsibility index and carotid corrected flow time changes in different positions before cesarean section anesthesia for supine hypotensive syndrome after lumbar anesthesia. The findings are expected to provide some clinical reference for perioperative drug application and accurate intervention measures to improve maternal and neonatal outcomes during cesarean sections.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期高血压疾病； 2.心脏疾病(器质性心脏病，超声提示左室射血分数<55%、肺动脉高压，中度以上瓣膜返流)； 3.下腔静脉、颈总动脉、腹主动脉相关疾病及解剖变异者； 1.严重外周血管疾病； 4.椎管内麻醉禁忌； 5.不能耐受平卧位； 6.拒绝超声检查； 7.产妇身高<=150cm或BMI>=40kg/m^2； 8.胎儿窘迫或紧急剖宫产； 9.严重心脑血管疾病和/或呼吸系统疾病； 10.肝肾功能障碍； 11.精神疾病及认知障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hypertensive disorders during pregnancy; 2. Heart disease (organic heart disease, echocardiography indicating left ventricular ejection fraction <55%, pulmonary hypertension, moderate or more valvular regurgitation); 3. Diseases and anatomical variations related to the inferior vena cava, common carotid artery, and abdominal aorta; 4. Severe peripheral vascular disease; 5. Contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 6. Inability to tolerate the supine position; 7. Refusal of ultrasound examination; 8. Maternal height <=150 cm or BMI >=40 kg/m^2; 9. Fetal distress or emergency cesarean section; 10. Severe cardiovascular and/or cerebrovascular disease and respiratory system disease; 11. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 12. Mental illness and cognitive impairment.
