研究目的：

1.本研究旨在研究机采血小板生长因子冻干粉对雄激素性秃发的治疗效果； 2.评估血小板生长因子冻干粉用于落发患者的安全性； 3.评估血小板生长因子冻干粉对验证血小板生长因子是起效的核心效应因子； 4.实现血小板生长因子冻干粉标准化、规范化的治疗方案； 5.验证血小板生长因子冻干粉长期保存对长期、多次治疗的便利性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study aims to study the therapeutic effect of mechanized platelet growth factor lyophilized powder on androgenetic alopecia; 2. To evaluate the safety of platelet growth factor lyophilized powder in patients with hair loss; 3. To evaluate the core effect factor of platelet growth factor lyophilization powder to verify that platelet growth factor is effective. 4. Realize the standardized and standardized treatment plan of platelet growth factor lyophilized powder; 5. To verify the convenience of long-term storage of platelet growth factor lyophilized powder for long-term and multiple treatments.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.瘢痕性脱发、斑秃急性进展期或其他活动性头皮疾病；
2.患有严重心、肝、肾、自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤或活动性感染；
3.有凝血功能障碍或正在使用抗凝/抗血小板药物（停药后不符合凝血功能要求者）；
4.妊娠、哺乳期妇女或计划在未来 6 个月内妊娠；
5.已知对研究干预相关成分（如肝素钠、激活剂、生理盐水）过敏；
6.有血小板采集禁忌证者（如严重血管畸形、严重贫血、传染病标志物阳性等）；
7.既往接受过自体血小板制品治疗且出现不良反应者；
8.研究者判断不适合参加本研究的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Scarring alopecia, acute progression of alopecia areata, or other active scalp disorders;
2.Having severe heart, liver, kidney, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors or active infections;
3.Those with coagulation dysfunction or who are currently taking anticoagulant/antiplatelet medications (those who no longer meet the coagulation requirements after discontinuation of the medication);
4.Pregnant women, lactating women or those planning to become pregnant within the next 6 months;
5.It is known that one is allergic to the components related to the research intervention (such as heparin sodium, activator, and normal saline);
6.Those with contraindications for platelet collection (such as severe vascular malformations, severe anemia, positive indicators of infectious diseases, etc.);
7.Those who have previously received autologous platelet products treatment and experienced adverse reactions;
8.Other circumstances that the researchers determined were not suitable for participation in this study;
