研究目的：

探讨围术期临床特征与上尿路结石术后脓毒症风险的关系，为术后早期识别脓毒症提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the relationship between perioperative clinical characteristics and the risk of sepsis after upper urinary tract stone surgery, providing a basis for early identification of sepsis after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并心肺功能障碍、脑血管疾病、严重肝肾功能障碍疾病、凝血功能障碍等无法耐受手术的患者；
2.泌尿系肿瘤患者、严重泌尿系畸形（如异位肾、肾旋转不良、脊柱侧弯、马蹄肾等）的患者；
3.同期接受其余大型手术；
4.术前已有严重感染，出现脓毒症。；
5.相关临床病历资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with comorbidities such as cardiovascular dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, etc. who cannot tolerate surgery;
2.Patients with urinary system tumors and severe urinary system malformations (such as ectopic kidneys, renal malrotation, scoliosis, horseshoe kidneys, etc.);
3.Undertaking other major surgeries during the same period;
4.Severe infection and sepsis occurred before surgery.
5.The relevant clinical medical records are incomplete.
