研究目的：

主要目的：评估0.1Hz低频节律性听觉刺激对腺样体扁桃体切除术后患儿苏醒期躁动（EA）的预防效果。 次要目的： 1.比较两组患儿在苏醒时间、PACU停留时间、术后疼痛评分等方面的差异。 2.通过心率变异性（HRV）指标（LF/HF比值、RMSSD等）评估干预措施对患儿围苏醒期自主神经功能的影响。 3.探讨PAED评分与HRV参数变化之间的相关性，验证“节律听觉刺激-自主神经平衡调节-行为改善”的潜在机制通路。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To evaluate the preventive effect of 0.1 Hz low-frequency rhythmic auditory stimulation on emergence agitation (EA) in children after adenoid and tonsil surgery. Secondary Objectives: 1. To compare differences between the two groups of children in terms of awakening time, PACU stay duration, and postoperative pain scores. 2. To assess the impact of the intervention on peri-emergence autonomic nervous function in children through heart rate variability (HRV) indicators (LF/HF ratio, RMSSD, etc.). 3. To explore the correlation between PAED scores and changes in HRV parameters, and to verify the potential mechanistic pathway of "rhythmic auditory stimulation–autonomic nervous balance regulation–behavioral improvement."

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.听力障碍； 2.先天性心脏病； 3.神经发育异常； 4.术中应用右美托咪定； 5.ECG信号不完整； 6.手术超过60分钟。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Hearing impairment; 2.Congenital heart disease; 3.Neurodevelopmental disorders; 4.Intraoperative use of dexmedetomidine; 5.Incomplete ECG recording; 6.Surgery duration exceeding 60 minutes.
