评价胶原基骨修复材料用于神经外科（颅脑和脊柱）术后骨缺损修复的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of collagen-based bone repair materials in repairing bone defects after neurosurgery (craniocerebral and spinal surgery).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)未控制的严重糖尿病患者。未控制的严重高血压患者，凝血功能明显异常的患者。
(2)有严重心脏病、心功能不全、心肌梗塞病史者、全身感染。
(3)有慢性肾脏疾病，肾功能不全者。
(4)各种急慢性肝脏疾病，伴有严重肝功能不全者。
(5)特异性过敏体质者。
(6)妊娠妇女。
(7)3个月内未参加其他临床试验者。
(8)有其它严重疾病不宜入选者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled severe diabetes. Uncontrolled severe hypertension patients with abnormal coagulation function;
2. There are serious heart disease, heart failure, history of myocardial infarction, systemic infection;
3. Patients with chronic kidney disease and renal insufficiency;
4. All kinds of acute and chronic liver diseases accompanied by severe liver dysfunction;
5. Specific allergy;
6. Pregnant women;
7. Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria;
8. Taking part in other clinical trials within 3 months;
9. With other serious diseases that are unsuitable for inclusion.
