研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨选择性拔除上颌第三磨牙对口腔黏膜下纤维性变中重度张口受限患者术后张口度的改善效果、疼痛变化及生活质量的影响，评估该干预措施的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of selective extraction of the maxillary third molars on postoperative improvement in mouth opening, changes in pain, and quality of life in patients with oral submucous fibrosis with moderate to severe restricted mouth opening, and to evaluate the clinical value of this intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴有其他可能导致张口受限的疾病（如颞下颌关节强直、创伤、感染等）； 2. 上颌第三磨牙缺失； 3. 存在拔牙禁忌症（未控制的系统性疾病、严重出血倾向等）； 4. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by other diseases that may cause limited mouth opening (such as temporomandibular joint ankylosis, trauma, infection, etc.); 2. Missing maxillary third molars; 3. Presence of contraindications to tooth extraction (uncontrolled systemic diseases, severe bleeding tendencies, etc.); 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
