研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨在痛经期间，聆听不同音色（钢琴、小提琴、大提琴）的舒缓音乐对女性主观疼痛强度、焦虑状态及生理指标（血压、心率）的即时调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to evaluate the acute regulatory effects of soothing music characterized by distinct instrumental timbres (piano, violin, and cello) on subjective pain intensity, anxiety status, and physiological indices (blood pressure and heart rate) among females experiencing dysmenorrhea.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.实验当天服用止痛药或镇静类药物者； 2.患有严重心血管疾病或精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of analgesics or sedative medications on the day of testing; 2. Diagnosed with severe cardiovascular conditions or psychiatric disorders.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：视觉模拟量表（VAS，0-10分）；状态焦虑量表（S-AI，选自STAI）；电子血压计（测量收缩压、舒张压、心率） 。 数据管理：所有数据在收集时即与参与者ID编码关联，不记录个人身份信息。电子数据存储在加密的研究专用电脑中，纸质材料（病例记录表）锁存。研究结束后，数据将保存至少5年以供核查，与知情同意书承诺保持一致。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection: Pain intensity was assessed using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) (scored from 0 to 10). Anxiety levels were measured using the State Anxiety Inventory (S-AI), a subscale selected from the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Physiological parameters, including systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and heart rate (HR), were recorded using an automated electronic sphygmomanometer. Data Management: All data were linked to participant identification codes at the time of collection to ensure that no personally identifiable information was recorded. Electronic data were stored on encrypted, password-protected computers dedicated to research use, while paper records (Case Record Form) were kept in locked cabinets. In accordance with the informed consent agreement, all data will be retained for a minimum of 5 years after the completion of the study for verification purposes.
