研究目的：

完善优化原发性开角型青光眼的筛查、健康管理方案，建立医院联动社区的中医综合干预体系，防治原发性开角型青光眼的发生发展，改善其生存质量。

Objectives of Study：

Improve the screening and health management programs for primary open angle glaucoma, establish a comprehensive Chinese medicine intervention system in the hospital linkage community, prevent the occurrence and development of primary open angle glaucoma, and improve its quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合纳入标准的患者。
2.诊断为原发性慢性闭角型青光眼的患者。
3.眼压失控者。
4.伴严重心肝肾功能不全、高血压、糖尿病者。
5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。
6.参加其他临床试验者。
7.不能配合本研究，或随诊不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
2. Patients diagnosed with primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma;
3. The intraocular pressure is out of control;
4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, hypertension, and diabetes;
5. Women during pregnancy or lactation;
6. Participate in other clinical trials;
7. Can not cooperate with this study, or can not cooperate with follow-up.

聘请中国中医科学院临床评价中心制作随机表，管理随机信封，将纳入患者随机分为中医治疗组和对照组。

A clinical evaluation center of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences will be hired to produce a randomized list, and random envelopes will be managed. The patients will be randomly divided into TCM treatment group and control group.
