研究目的:

主要研究目的:探讨在执行认知-站立平衡双任务时,认知负荷对不同状态老年肌少症人群平衡功能、大脑皮层激活及肌肉激活模式的影响。 次要研究目的:探索在双任务条件下,不同状态老年肌少症人群的平衡功能、大脑皮层激活及肌肉激活模式之间的关系,以明确可能的神经肌肉控制机制。  

Objectives of Study:

Primary research objective: to explore the effects of cognitive load on balance function, cortical activation and muscle activation patterns in elderly people with different states of sarcopenia during the performance of a cognitive-standing balance dual task. Secondary research objective: to explore the relationship between balance function, cortical activation and muscle activation patterns in different states of elderly people with sarcopenia under dual-task conditions in order to clarify possible neuromuscular control mechanisms.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 无法按照实验范式的要求佩戴头帽下站立; 2. 患有神经系统疾病(例如,脑出血、脑梗等中枢神经损伤;桡神经、正中神经等周围神经损伤); 3. 存在认知障碍(依据 MMSE 得分,文盲<=17 分,小学<=20 分,初中及以上<=24 分)或无法正常沟通; 4. 影响站立的髋关节或膝关节置换术史; 5. 同时参与其他类似研究项目。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Inability to stand under a skullcap as required by the experimental paradigm; 2. Suffering from neurological disorders (e.g., central nerve damage such as cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction; 2. peripheral nerve damage such as radial nerve and median nerve); 3. Cognitive impairment (based on MMSE score, illiterate <= 17 points, elementary school <= 20 points, middle school and above <= 24 points) or inability to communicate properly; 4. History of hip or knee replacement that affects standing; 5. Concurrent participation in other similar research programs.
