研究目的：

主要目的：评估下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者介入治疗前后微血流灌注变化，以明确治疗对微血流灌注的改善情况。 次要目的：评估不同Rutherford分级的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者微血流灌注情况，以明确下肢缺血严重程度。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To evaluate the changes in microvascular perfusion in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusive disease before and after interventional treatment, in order to determine the improvement of microvascular perfusion resulting from the treatment. Secondary objective: To assess the microvascular perfusion status in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of different Rutherford grades, in order to determine the severity of lower extremity ischemia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其它引起下肢间歇性跛行的非动脉粥样硬化性血管病变：如主动脉缩窄、动脉纤维肌发育不良、腘动脉瘤、腘动脉窘迫综合征、多发性大动脉炎、血栓闭塞性脉管炎等； 2.超声造影剂过敏； 3.妊娠期、哺乳期； 4.诊断急性冠状动脉综合征、不稳定型缺血性心脏病、心力衰竭、重度肺动脉高压、未控制的中重度高血压、成人呼吸窘迫综合征、恶性肿瘤、重症肢体缺血或无法完成腿部运动者； 5.无法按要求完成随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other non-atherosclerotic vascular disorders causing intermittent claudication of the lower extremities: such as aortic coarctation, arteriolar fibromuscular dysplasia, popliteal artery aneurysm, popliteal artery ischemic syndrome, multiple large artery inflammation, thromboangiitis obliterans, etc.; 2. Allergic reaction to contrast agents for ultrasound; 3. During pregnancy and lactation; 4. Diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome, unstable ischemic heart disease, heart failure, severe pulmonary hypertension, uncontrolled moderate to severe hypertension, adult respiratory distress syndrome, malignant tumors, severe limb ischemia or patients unable to perform leg movements; 5. Patients who cannot complete follow-up as required.
