Objectives of Study：

To clear the characteristics of respiratory function and electrophysiological function of phrenic nerve in stroke patients

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

实验组： 有慢性肺部疾病；有呼吸系统的临床症状；有严重的意
识或认知功能障碍的患者；生命体征不稳定的患者；年龄大于 80 岁；
患有严重精神疾病；不能或不愿意配合者。
对照组： 既往有卒中病史；有慢性肺部疾病；有呼吸系统的临床
症状；有严重的意识或认知功能障碍的患者；生命体征不稳定的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

Experimental group:
chronic pulmonary disease; respiratory symptoms; serious symptoms; Patients with cognitive impairment or cognitive impairment; unstable vital signs; older than 80 years old; Suffering from severe mental illness; unable or unwilling to cooperate.
Control group:
With the history of stroke, chronic pulmonary disease, and respiratory systems; patients with severe cognitive or cognitive impairment; and unstable vital signs.
