研究目的：

基于随机对照试验防吐手环在妇科腔镜手术具有良好的预防恶心呕吐作用的安全性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

Based on randomized controlled trials, the anti-nausea wristband has good safety and effectiveness in preventing nausea and vomiting in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.PC6 穴位皮肤破损或过敏； 2.严重心脑血管疾病； 3.术前 24 小时内使用止吐药； 4.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 5.既往中枢神经系统疾病或精神疾病或语言沟通障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Skin damage or allergy at the PC6 acupoint; 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Use of antiemetic drugs within 24 hours before surgery; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with a history of central nervous system diseases, mental illnesses, or language communication disorders.
