研究目的：

本研究旨在构建基于接纳承诺疗法的护理干预方案，通过提升颅内动脉瘤患者的心理灵活性，探讨其对患者疾病感知、负性情绪、不良结局及自理能力等疾病相关指标的干预效果，为临床优化颅内动脉瘤患者的心理护理提供依据。同时验证接纳承诺疗法干预对降低患者疾病进展恐惧水平，改善焦虑、抑郁情况，提升心理灵活性的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct a nursing intervention program based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). By improving the psychological flexibility of patients with intracranial aneurysms, it explores the intervention effects on disease-related indicators such as illness perception, negative emotions, adverse outcomes, and self-care ability, so as to provide evidence for clinically optimizing psychological nursing for these patients.And To verify the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy intervention in reducing patients’ fear of disease progression, improving anxiety and depression, and enhancing psychological flexibility.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.曾经或当下存在精神疾病病史； 2.严重心、肝、肾功能不全者； 3.近三个月内接受过其他心理治疗或心理干预的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Past or current history of mental illness; 2. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 3. Patients who have received other psychotherapy or psychological interventions within the past three months.

干预措施：	干预组在常规护理的基础上给予接纳承诺疗法的干预措施。采取“住院期间面对面线下+出院后辅以线上视频”的方式对患者进行干预，于入院第二天开始，每两天一次，每次30-60分钟，干预总时长两周。	干预措施代码：
