研究目的：

通过观察瑞马唑仑对围术期炎症和氧化应激水平及术后AKI的影响，探讨瑞马唑仑是否通过降低围术期炎症和氧化应激水平从而改善AKI的发生，为麻醉用药提供临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

By observing the effects of remimazolam on perioperative inflammation and oxidative stress levels as well as postoperative AKI, this study aims to explore whether remimazolam can improve the occurrence of AKI by reducing perioperative inflammation and oxidative stress levels, providing clinical evidence for anesthetic drug use.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 术前3个月内使用过肾毒性药物的患者； 2 有肾脏二次手术病史的患者； 3 术前存在严重感染、休克等需要紧急抢救病史的患者； 4 术中及术后出现严重心脑血管意外、大出血等重大并发症的患者； 5 对研究使用的麻醉药物（包括瑞马唑仑）过敏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Patients who have used nephrotoxic drugs within 3 months prior to surgery; 2 Patients with a history of secondary renal surgery; 3 Patients with a history of severe infection, shock, or other conditions requiring emergency resuscitation prior to surgery; 4 Patients who develop major complications during or after surgery, such as severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events or massive hemorrhage; 5 Patients with known allergies to the anesthetic agents used in the study (including remimazolam).
