研究目的：

构建并验证一套基于 VR 游戏的模块化、精准化运动处方，改善 10-18 岁抑郁伴睡眠障碍青少年的睡眠与情绪，并解析色氨酸-犬尿氨酸（KP）代谢通路的核心介导作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop and validate a modular and precise exercise prescription based on VR games to improve sleep and mood in adolescents aged 10-18 with depression accompanied by sleep disorders, and analyze the central mediating role of the tryptophan-kynurenine (KP) metabolic pathway.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.符合其他精神障碍诊断者，包括精神分裂症、双相障碍、酒精或药物滥用/依赖、进食障碍等；2.智力障碍者及韦氏儿童智力测试(WISC-III)<70分者；3.患有神经系统疾病和脑器质性疾病；4.患有高血压、心脏病等运动风险较高的疾病；5.正在接受系统心理治疗者；6.心肺健康3分钟步测成绩差者（女生<39分，男生<41分）；7.躯体受限无法参加体育锻炼者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Meeting diagnostic criteria for other psychiatric disorders, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, alcohol or substance abuse/dependence, eating disorders, etc.
2. Intellectual disability or a score < 70 on the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children–Third Edition (WISC‑III);
3.Presence of neurological diseases or organic brain disorders;
4. Suffering from conditions associated with higher exercise risk, such as hypertension or heart disease;
5. Currently undergoing systematic psychotherapy;
6.Poor performance on the 3‑minute step test for cardiorespiratory fitness (score < 39 for females, < 41 for males);
7.Physical limitations preventing participation in physical exercise.

The researcher in charge of enrollment performed stratified simple randomization. Using a random number generator, two sets of random numbers were generated for the male and female groups respectively. These random numbers were then allocated into four groups: A (aerobic exercise), B (resistance exercise), C (combined aerobic and resistance training), and D (waitlist control).
