Objectives of Study：

To investigate the current status of discharge readiness in post-surgical patients with obstructive sleep apnoea hypopnoea syndrome (OSAHS) and analyse the influencing factors.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法进行口头或书面交流的患者； 2.患有精神疾病或其他严重身体疾病的患者，且无法配合本次调查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients unable to communicate verbally or in writing; 2. Patients with mental illness or other serious physical illnesses unable to cooperate with the survey.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本横断面研究采用统一设计的病例记录表（CRF）收集人口学信息、健康状况及相关统计指标，设置必填项与逻辑核查。使用ResMan等基于互联网的EDC系统进行数据录入与管理，实行分级权限控制，保留修改痕迹，定期核查数据，确保真实完整、可溯源。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	This cross-sectional study utilized a uniformly designed case record form (CRF) to collect demographic information, health status, and related statistical indicators. Required fields and logical verification were set up. Data were entered and managed using internet-based EDC systems such as ResMan, with hierarchical permission control, retention of modification traces, regular data verification to ensure authenticity, completeness, and traceability.
