研究目的：

胃出口梗阻的主要位置是胃窦部位和十二指肠球部水平部位。对胃流出道良、恶性梗阻，多在Hp产生有害物质及分解黏液引起组织炎症反应后出现，患者表现为餐后饱胀、恶心呕吐、疼痛及体重下降，因此生活质量下降，外科手术是目前最常用的治疗手段，但其手术创伤大、并发症多等缺点，微创方法成为目前研究热点，可进一步提高患者的生活质量, 延长患者生存时间, 还能减少平均住院时间和医疗费用，值得临床推广。  

Objectives of Study：

For the outflow of the stomach, malignant obstruction, mostly occurs after Hp produces harmful substances and decomposes mucus and causes tissue inflammation. The patient manifests as postprandial fullness, nausea and vomiting, pain and weight loss, so the quality of life is reduced, and surgery is currently The most commonly used treatment, but its surgical trauma, complications and other shortcomings, minimally invasive methods have become a hot research topic, can further improve the quality of life of patients, prolong the survival time of patients, but also reduce the average hospital stay and medical expenses, it is worth Clinical promotion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①存在严重心、肺等功能不全、妊娠、多器官功能衰竭等手术禁忌证。②腹腔广泛转移或预期寿命少于 6 个月患者。③急性出血、穿孔等急诊手术指征。④既往有腹部大手术病史患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are surgical contraindications such as severe heart and lung dysfunction, pregnancy, and multiple organ failure;
2. patients with extensive abdominal cavity or life expectancy of less than 6 months;
3. acute bleeding, perforation and other emergency surgery indications. 4 patients with a history of major abdominal surgery.
