研究目的：

入院24小时内启动肠内营养对老年急诊共病非机械通气脓毒症患者急诊留观时间、28天全因死亡率的影响，同时探讨其对器官功能、及感染并发症的综合效应。  

Objectives of Study：

Effect of initiating enteral nutrition within 24 hours of admission on emergency department observation time and 28-day all-cause mortality in elderly emergency patients with comorbidities and non-ventilated sepsis, and a comprehensive evaluation of its impact on organ function and infectious complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入院24小时内死亡或自动出院； 2.存在肠内营养绝对禁忌证（如严重肠道功能衰竭、短肠综合征、肠梗阻、消化道活动性大出血、严重腹腔间隙综合征等）； 3.临床信息资料不全； 4.因姑息/放弃积极治疗未考虑营养支持； 5.合并免疫缺陷；拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Death or self-discharge within 24 hours of admission; 2. Absolute contraindications to enteral nutrition (such as severe intestinal failure, short bowel syndrome, intestinal obstruction, active gastrointestinal bleeding, severe abdominal compartment syndrome, etc.); 3. Incomplete clinical information; 4. Nutritional support not considered due to palliative care/forgoing active treatment; 5. Combined immunodeficiency; refusal to participate in the study.
