研究目的：

研究目的：比较磷丙泊酚二钠与丙泊酚在择期非心脏手术患者术后PONV的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) between fospropofol disodium and propofol in patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前已有恶心、呕吐症状或24小时内使用过止吐药物的患者； 2.有慢性恶心、呕吐病史（如胃轻瘫、化疗后等）； 3.已知对丙泊酚、磷丙泊酚二钠或其辅料（如脂肪乳、大豆油等）过敏者； 4.合并严重肝肾功能障碍（如Child-Pugh分级C级或术前血肌酐>2mg/dL）、心功能不全（NYHA分级III-IV级）； 5.长期阿片类药物或镇静催眠药物滥用史； 6.术前存在精神分裂症、癫痫等中枢神经系统疾病； 7.术中或术后需要二次手术或转入ICU者； 5.临床病历资料不完整，导致PONV结局无法判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative nausea/vomiting or use of antiemetics within 24 hours;
2.History of chronic nausea/vomiting (e.g., gastroparesis, post-chemotherapy);
3.Allergy to propofol, fospropofol disodium, or excipients (e.g., lipid emulsion, soybean oil);
4.Severe hepatic/renal dysfunction (Child-Pugh C or preoperative Cr > 2 mg/dL), cardiac insufficiency (NYHA Ⅲ–Ⅳ);
5.Long-term opioid or sedative-hypnotic abuse;
6.Pre-existing CNS disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, epilepsy);
7.Required secondary surgery or ICU admission during/after surgery;
8.Incomplete medical records preventing PONV assessment;
