研究目的：

呃逆指的是由膈肌和肋间肌突然不自主地收缩，接着是声门的突然收缩，空气撞击关闭的声门，从而产生典型的打嗝声。这样的打嗝通常是良性的和自我限制的，然而在无痛胃肠镜中，呃逆除了对内镜操作有影响，而且还有一些潜在的风险。为了避免这些不利影响，我们从文献中找到一种安全高效的治疗呃逆的方法， 即咽后壁刺激，本试验的目的是验证咽后壁刺激这一方法，对无痛胃肠镜中的呃逆的治疗效果和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Hiccups refer to the sudden involuntary contraction of the diaphragm and intercostal muscles, followed by the sudden contraction of the glottis, with air impacting the closed glottis, thereby producing the typical hiccup sound. Such hiccups are usually benign and self-limiting. However, during painless gastroscopy, hiccups not only have an impact on the endoscopic procedure but also carry some potential risks. To avoid these adverse effects, we found a safe and efficient method for treating hiccups from the literature, namely posterior pharyngeal wall stimulation. The purpose of this trial is to verify the therapeutic effect and safety of this method for hiccups during painless gastroscopy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

鼻咽癌、凝血障碍、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、鼻出血、严重困难气道及妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

Nasopharyngeal cancer, coagulation disorders, sleep apnea syndrome, nosebleeds, severe difficult airway and pregnancy.
