研究目的：

1.本研究将通过系统评估维立西呱对此类志者的治疗效果，为临床用药提供循证医学证据，填补当前治疗方案的空白。 2、优化合并症忠者的个体化治疗策略 慢性心袁与2型糖尿病存在复杂的病理生理交互作用，传统治疗方案往往难以兼顾两种疾病的治疗需求。本研究将深入分析维立西呱对心功能指标、血糖控制及炎症标志物的影响，为制定更精准的个体化治疗方案提供理论依据，实现一药多效的治疗目标。 3、降低患者心血管事件风险和经济负担慢性心袁合并糖尿病患者具有更高的再住院率和死亡率。通过验证维立西呱的临床疗效，有望降低此类患者的心血管事件发生率，改善长期预后。同时，通过减少住院次数和并发症治疗费用，可显著降低患者的经济负担和医疗资源消耗  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study will systematically evaluate the therapeutic effects of viloxazine in such patients, providing evidence-based medical proof for clinical medication and filling the current gap in treatment options. 2. Optimize individualized treatment strategies for patients with comorbidities. Chronic heart failure and type 2 diabetes have complex pathophysiological interactions, and traditional treatment regimens often struggle to address the treatment needs of both diseases simultaneously. This study will conduct an in-depth analysis of the effects of viloxazine on cardiac function indicators, blood glucose control, and inflammatory markers, providing a theoretical basis for developing more precise individualized treatment plans and achieving the therapeutic goal of multiple effects with a single drug. 3. Reduce the risk of cardiovascular events and economic burden for patients. Patients with chronic heart failure combined with diabetes have higher rates of rehospitalization and mortality. By validating the clinical efficacy of viloxazine, it is expected to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in these patients and improve long-term prognosis. At the same time, by reducing the number of hospitalizations and the costs associated with treating complications, it can significantly decrease the economic burden on patients and the consumption of medical resources.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心源性休克； 2.严重肝肾功能不全（Child-Pugh 分级≥B 级，估算肾小球滤过率eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m²）； 3.近期脑卒中或严重感染； 4.对维立西呱或其辅料过敏； 5.正在参与其他干预性临床试验； 6.1型糖尿病或继发性糖尿病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cardiogenic shock;
2.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (Child - Pugh classification ≥ grade B, estimated glomerular filtration rate eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m²);
3.Type 1 diabetes or secondary diabetes;
4.Recent stroke or severe infection;
5.Allergic to vericiguat or its excipients;
6.Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials;
