研究目的：

探究创伤性脑损伤（Traumatic brain injury，TBI）患者中继发阵发性交感神经过度兴奋（Paroxysmal sympathetic hyperactivity,PSH）的现状，分析TBI患者继发PSH的临床特征，寻找临床上可能促进TBI患者继发PSH的危险因素，构建TBI患者继发PSH的预后预测列线图模型，评估不同因素对TBI继发PSH患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the current situation of secondary paroxysmal sympathetic hyperactivity (PSH) in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI), analyze the clinical characteristics of PSH in TBI patients, identify potential clinical risk factors that may promote PSH in TBI patients, construct a prognostic prediction nomogram model for PSH in TBI patients, and evaluate the impact of different factors on the prognosis of TBI patients with secondary PSH.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 确诊动脉瘤、血管畸形、烟雾病、脑卒中、脑肿瘤及自发性脑出血；妊娠或哺乳期 2. 严重肝肾功能异常 3. 免疫功能异常 4. 因既往病史遗留严重神经系统功能障碍 5. 精神分裂症及其他精神心理疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnose aneurysms, vascular malformations, Moyamoya disease, stroke, brain tumors and spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage; Pregnancy or lactation 2. Severe abnormalities in liver and kidney functions 3. Abnormal immune function 4. Severe neurological dysfunction left over from a past medical history 5. Schizophrenia and other mental and psychological disorders
