研究目的：

探讨诊断为牙周炎的患者，其常见消化系统疾病（胃食管反流病、食管癌、慢性非萎缩性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌、溃疡性结肠炎、结直肠息肉、结直肠癌）的患病风险是否显著高于非牙周炎患者。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to investigate whether the prevalence of common digestive system diseases (gastroesophageal reflux disease, esophageal cancer, chronic non-atrophic gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric cancer, ulcerative colitis, colorectal polyps, colorectal cancer) in patients diagnosed with periodontitis is significantly higher than that in non-periodontitis patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18周岁； 2.病历资料缺失关键数据，无法进行准确分组或评估者； 3.患者首次确诊为牙周炎之前已发生上述目标消化系统疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age less than 18 years old;
2. The medical records lack key data, making it impossible to accurately group or evaluate;
3. Patients who had the target digestive system diseases before being diagnosed with periodontitis for the first time.
