研究目的：

探讨注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠用于最后正常时间节点后24小时内非大血管闭塞性致残性急性缺血性脑卒中患者的安全性与有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and efficacy of methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection in patients with acute disabling ischemic stroke due to non-large-vessel occlusion within 24 hours from the last known well time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1） 经头颅CT或MRI证实为颅内出血； 2） 发病前mRS评分≥2分； 3） 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4） 计划进行或已进行急性期血管内治疗； 5） 本次发病入组前正在使用糖皮质激素类药物； 6） 近1个月有出血史（消化系统及泌尿系统出血）； 7) 慢性血液透析及严重肾功能不全（肾小球滤过率<30ml/min 或血肌酐>220μmol/L）患者； 8) 任何疾病晚期致预期寿命<6个月； 9) 预期不能完成随访； 10) 对糖皮质激素、造影剂过敏； 11) 正参加其他可能影响本试验结果的临床试验； 12) 黄斑水肿； 13) 全身感染性疾病； 14) 莫氏Ⅱ型二度/三度房室传导阻滞或病态窦房结综合征或病史

Exclusion criteria：

1.Intracranial hemorrhage confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2.Pre-stroke mRS score>=2; 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.Planned acute-phase endovascular treatment or prior receipt of acute-phase endovascular treatment; 5.Use of glucocorticoids before enrollment for the current stroke event; 6.History of bleeding within the past 1 month (including gastrointestinal or urinary tract bleeding); 7.Patients on chronic hemodialysis or with severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min or serum creatinine >220 μmol/L); 8.Advanced-stage disease of any kind with an expected survival of <6 months; 9.Expected inability to complete follow-up; 10.Allergy to glucocorticoids or contrast agents; 11.Current participation in another clinical trial that may affect the results of this study; 12.Macular edema; 13.Systemic infectious disease; 14.Mobitz type II second-degree or third-degree atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, or a history of these conditions.
