验证该运动方案是否能够改善IBD患者的生活质量，缓解疲劳，改善心理状态以及控制炎症等  

Objectives of Study：

To assess whether this exercise programme can improve the quality of life of IBD patients, alleviate fatigue, improve their psychological well-being and control inflammation, etc.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在语言障碍，无法配合干预指导或健康宣教； （2）疾病重度活动，需紧急调整药物或手术治疗； （3）妊娠、计划妊娠或干预期间妊娠； （4）有已知心脏疾病、严重肌肉骨骼损伤，无法安全参与运动或完成研究评估； （5）伴有神经、精神疾患； （6）其他无法配合完成12周研究周期及随访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Language barriers preventing participation in intervention guidance or health education; 2. Severe disease activity requiring urgent adjustment of medication or surgical treatment; 3. Pregnancy, plans to become pregnant, or pregnancy occurring during the intervention period; 4. Known cardiac disease or severe musculoskeletal injury, rendering safe participation in exercise or completion of study assessments impossible; 5. Co-existing neurological or psychiatric conditions; 6. Other circumstances preventing completion of the 12-week study period and follow-up.
