研究目的：

本研究旨在评估以注射用全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球为造影剂行CEUS在HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤中的应用价值，指导HIFU 治疗方案的制定及疗效的评价。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the application value of Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) using injectable perfluoropropane human serum albumin microspheres as a contrast agent in High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) treatment for uterine fibroids, thereby guiding the formulation of HIFU treatment protocols and the assessment of therapeutic efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并妊娠或哺乳期患者； 2.高度可疑子宫肉瘤或其他妇科生殖系统肿瘤； 3.合并重要组织器官衰竭或中重度贫血； 4.合并严重心血管疾病等CEUS及MRI检查禁忌； 5.胶原结缔组织病史或腹部放疗史； 6.研究者判断认为不适合参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with pregnancy or lactation; 2. Highly suspected uterine sarcoma or other gynecological reproductive system tumors; 3. Complicated with organ failure or moderate to severe anemia; 4. Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases and other contraindications for CEUS and MRI examinations; 5. History of collagen connective tissue diseases or abdominal radiotherapy; 6. Situations judged by the investigator as not suitable for participating in this study.
