研究目的：

1. 通过URM技术定量评价TA管壁增强程度，建立大动脉炎患者活动期判定标准。 2. 通过URM技术对TA炎症状态变化进行动态监测作用，指导临床诊疗。

Objectives of Study：

1.To quantitatively evaluate the enhancement degree of the arterial wall in Takayasu's arteritis (TA) using URM technology and establish criteria for determining the active phase of the disease. 2.To dynamically monitor changes in the inflammatory status of TA using URM technology, thereby guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

The patient meets the 2022 American College of Rheumatology classification criteria for large artery vasculitis.

Specific criteria are as follows: (The patient can be diagnosed with large artery vasculitis if the necessary conditions are met and the total classification score is >=5 points.)

Necessary condition: Age at onset <= 60 years and imaging confirming vasculitis.

Classification criteria:
(1) Other clinical criteria:
1) Female, 1 point;
2) Angina or ischemic cardiac pain, 2 points;
3) Upper limb/lower limb claudication, 2 points;
4) Vascular bruit, 2 points;
5) Weakened upper limb pulses, 2 points;
6) Carotid abnormalities, 2 points;
7) Systolic blood pressure difference >= 20 mmHg between both upper limbs, 1 point.

(2) Other imaging criteria:
1) Number of affected arteries: 1, 2, or >=3 (choose one), scoring 1, 2, or 3 points respectively;
2) Symmetric involvement of paired arteries, 1 point;
3) Involvement of the abdominal aorta with renal or mesenteric involvement, 3 points.

排除标准：

1.TA未累及颈动脉。 2. 超声造影禁忌证患者，例如对声学造影剂过敏的患者。 3. 外周静脉通路建立失败者。 4. CEUS图像显示欠佳，难以进行数据分析者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. TA does not involve the carotid arteries. 2. Contraindications to contrast-enhanced ultrasound, such as allergy to ultrasound contrast agents. 3. Failure to establish peripheral venous access. 4. Suboptimal image quality on CEUS, making data analysis unfeasible.
