研究目的：

本项目旨在构建基于多模态人工智能的老年患者监护拔牙评估决策支持与全流程管理系统，利用多模态人工智能技术，实现术前智能风险评分机制、多模态术前评估与手术全流程优化。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to construct a multimodal artificial intelligence-based system for decision support and whole-process management in monitored tooth extraction for elderly patients. By employing multimodal AI technologies, it will realize an intelligent preoperative risk scoring mechanism, multimodal preoperative evaluation, and optimization of the entire surgical procedure.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.6个月内发生过心肌埂死的患者； 2.因疾病需要长期服用抗凝剂致凝血时间及凝血酶原时间显著异常的患者； 3.心衰患者； 4.不稳定型心绞痛； 5.频发房颤或室性早搏者； 6.医生评估不适合拔牙的其他疾病患者； 7.精神障碍者、智力缺陷或沟通障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with myocardial infarction within the past 6 months;
2.Patients with significantly abnormal coagulation time or prothrombin time due to long-term anticoagulant use for underlying diseases;
3.Patients with heart failure;
4.Patients with unstable angina;
5.Patients with frequent atrial fibrillation or ventricular premature beats;
6.Patients with other conditions judged unsuitable for tooth extraction by physicians;
7.Patients with mental disorders, intellectual disability, or communication disorders.
