To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the family integrated care intervention strategy based on the theory of planned behavior.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 产妇存在母乳喂养禁忌证，包括患有严重疾病或传染性疾病、服用特殊药物等； 2. 早产儿存在肠内喂养或母乳喂养禁忌证，如先天性肠道畸形等； 3. 早产儿住院期间由于各种原因，如明显腹胀、便血或外科手术等需要禁食超过3d； 4. 非本市居住居民。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mothers with contraindications to breastfeeding, including severe illnesses or infectious diseases, taking special medications, etc.; 2. Preterm infants with contraindications to enteral feeding or breastfeeding, such as congenital intestinal malformations; 3. Preterm infants requiring fasting for more than 3 days during hospitalization due to various reasons, such as significant abdominal distension, bloody stools, or surgical procedures; 4. Non-permanent residents of this city.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用整群抽样法，抽取上海某三甲妇产专科医院东院共6个产科病区住院、诊断难免早产的孕妇，对住院具有先兆早产的孕妇根据纳入和排除标准进行招募。招募流程如下：孕妇因难免早产入院，课题组研究人员根据纳入和排除标准向可能符合要求的孕妇说明本项目的基本情况，筛选出符合标准的孕妇。研究人员向孕妇说明参与本项目的利弊后，获得孕妇及其家属签署知情同意书。分组方法采用整群随机分组，以每个病区为单位，按照数字1-6进行编号，通过计算机产生随机数字的方法，将上述6个病区随机分为干预组和对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using cluster sampling, pregnant women diagnosed with inevitable preterm labor were recruited from six obstetric wards in the East Branch of a tertiary-level specialized obstetrics and gynecology hospital in Shanghai. Eligible participants were identified among hospitalized women presenting with threatened preterm labor based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The recruitment process proceeded as follows: upon admission for inevitable preterm labor, the research team introduced the study to potentially eligible women, screened for eligibility, and, after explaining the potential benefits and risks, obtained signed informed consent from the women and their family members. A cluster randomization method was employed, with each ward serving as a unit. The six wards were numbered 1 through 6, and a computer-generated random number sequence was used to randomly assign them to either the intervention group or the control group. The grouping method adopts whole group random grouping. Each ward is numbered according to the numbers 1-6, and the above 6 wards are randomly divided into intervention group and control group through computer generated random numbe
