研究目的：

1. 通过多模态脑 MRI 技术，探究肥胖儿童相较于正常体重儿童在脑结构（如灰质体积、白质微结构）、功能（如局部一致性、低频振幅）及类淋巴系统（如血管周围间隙形态、类淋巴指数）的特异性改变； 2.明确这些改变与肥胖相关指标及认知功能损伤的关联； 3.通过纵向随访研究，观察这些改变随时间的动态变化，及其与肥胖相关指标、认知功能损伤的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the specific alterations in brain structure (e.g., gray matter volume, white matter microstructure), brain function (e.g., regional homogeneity, amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation) and the glymphatic system (e.g., perivascular space morphology, glymphatic index) in obese children compared with normal-weight children by using multimodal brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques. 2. To clarify the correlations between the above-mentioned brain index alterations and obesity-related indicators, as well as cognitive function impairments in children. 3. To observe the dynamic changes of brain structure, function and glymphatic system indicators over time through longitudinal follow-up, and explore their correlations with obesity-related indicators and cognitive function impairments.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肥胖组：患有神经系统疾病（如癫痫等）、精神疾病（如自闭症、ADHD等）、严重代谢疾病、因药物、肿瘤等引发的继发性肥胖，或存在 MRI 检查禁忌症（如金属植入物）。幽闭恐惧症、严重心理健康问题等，无法完成MR检查。
2.正常对照组：幽闭恐惧症、神经、精神或心理疾病，无法完成MR检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Obese group: Patients with neurological diseases (e.g., epilepsy), psychiatric disorders (e.g., autism, ADHD), severe metabolic diseases, or secondary obesity caused by medication, tumors, etc. Patients with contraindications to MRI examination (e.g., metal implants), claustrophobia, severe mental health problems, or those unable to complete MRI scanning were excluded. 2. Normal control group: Subjects with claustrophobia, neurological, psychiatric or psychological disorders, and those unable to complete MRI examination were excluded.
