研究目的：

1. 明确基孔肯雅热患者急性期最常见的实验室异常指标及其变化模式。 2. 阐明儿童、青少年、青壮年以及中老年人等不同年龄人群在实验室指标上的差异 3. 明确实验室指标与病毒载量和疾病临床严重程度的相关性。 4. 筛选有助于基孔肯雅热早期识别或鉴别诊断的实验室指标组合。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To identify the most common abnormal laboratory indicators and their dynamic patterns in Chikungunya fever patients. 2. To elucidate the differences in laboratory indicators among different age groups, including children, adolescents, young adults, and the middle-aged and elderly. 3. To clarify the correlation between laboratory indicators and both viral load and the clinical severity of the disease. 4. To identify a combination of laboratory indicators that facilitates the early identification or differential diagnosis of Chikungunya fever.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病历资料严重缺失，核心临床或实验室数据无法获取者； 2.合并其他已知急性病毒感染，影响实验室指标解释者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is a significant lack of medical records, and essential clinical or laboratory data cannot be obtained. 2. Merge other known acute viral infections that affect the interpretation of laboratory indicators.
