研究目的：

本研究旨在前瞻性探讨自体荧光显像显像联合吲哚菁绿显像技术在机器人甲状腺手术中辅助识别甲状旁腺和评估其血供及功能的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to prospectively investigate the clinical application value of autofluorescence imaging combined with indocyanine green imaging in assisting the identification of parathyroid glands and evaluating blood supply and function during robotic thyroid surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法签署知情同意书； 2.非颈部首次手术； 3.单侧甲状腺癌并行单侧腺叶切除患者； 4.甲状旁腺功能亢进或合并甲状旁腺肿瘤患者； 5.辅助检查提示甲状腺肿物侵犯气管、食管等周围器官组织，不能通过手术达到根治性切除的患者； 6.合并严重肝肾功能不全或凝血功能障碍等疾病、不能耐受手术及有应用碘相关造影剂禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to sign the informed consent form. 2. History of previous neck surgery. 3. Patients with unilateral thyroid cancer undergoing unilateral lobectomy. 4. Patients with hyperparathyroidism or concomitant parathyroid tumors. 5. Patients with thyroid tumors invading surrounding organs and tissues (e.g., trachea, esophagus) indicated by auxiliary examinations, in whom radical resection cannot be achieved surgically. 6. Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, coagulation disorders, or other diseases that preclude tolerance to surgery, as well as those with contraindications to iodine‑related contrast agents.

随机方法：本研究应用 SPSS 软件生成随机序列，采用分层随机法进行分组。为减少混杂因素，按患者性别（女：男 = 3:1）及年龄（＜50 岁:≥50 岁 = 3:1）进行分层随机化。

A random sequence will be generated using SPSS software, and stratified randomization will be adopted for group allocation. To reduce confounding factors, stratification will be performed according to gender (female :male = 3:1) and age (<50 years: ≥50 years = 3:1).
