研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是对高龄不孕女性的胚胎采用无创胚胎染色体筛查技术（noninvasive chromosome screening, NICS）即无创胚胎植入前遗传学检测（noninvasive preimplantation genetic testing, niPGT）技术筛选染色体正常的胚胎进行移植，验证该方法临床应用的安全性、准确性和可靠性。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to apply Noninvasive Chromosome Screening (NICS), also known as Noninvasive Preimplantation Genetic Testing (niPGT), to embryos from elderly infertile women in order to select chromosomally normal embryos for transfer. The aim is to validate the safety, accuracy, and reliability of this method for clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有IVF／ICSI治疗禁忌症的患者； 2.子宫畸形； 3.重度宫腔粘连或子宫内膜厚度＜7mm； 4.子宫内膜异位症（III-IV期）； 5.合并其他内科疾病如：高血压、糖尿病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications to IVF/ICSI treatment. 2. Uterine malformations. 3. Severe intrauterine adhesions or an endometrial thickness of <7 mm. 4. Endometriosis (Stage III–IV). 5. Coexisting systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, etc.
