研究目的：

心力衰竭专病队列建设与多模态数据库构建 建立心力衰竭专病队列，系统采集多维度数据，包括流行病学数据、临床诊疗全流程数据、影像学数据、心理社会及环境暴露数据。通过整合上述多源异构数据，构建覆盖心力衰竭全周期的研究平台。为心力衰竭的精准分型、预后评估、全程管理提供资源支撑，助力临床诊疗决策优化和科研攻关。 次要目的：基于维度数据构建多模态融合的 心力衰竭人工智能疾病诊断和治疗评估模型。 通过整合临床数据、结合现有辅助检查的影像学资料，筛选具有预测价值的预后评估生物标志物，实现心力衰竭个体化风险评估、精准干预以及全周期管理。  

Objectives of Study：

Construction of a Heart Failure Disease-Specific Cohort and Development of a Multimodal Database A dedicated cohort for heart failure has been established, with systematic collection of multi-dimensional data, including epidemiological data, comprehensive clinical diagnosis and treatment records, imaging data, as well as psychosocial and environmental exposure data. By integrating these multi-source heterogeneous datasets, a research platform spanning the entire disease cycle of heart failure has been developed. This platform provides foundational support for precise subtyping, prognostic evaluation, and holistic management of heart failure, thereby facilitating optimized clinical decision-making and advancing scientific research. Secondary Objective: To develop an artificial intelligence-driven diagnostic and therapeutic evaluation model for heart failure based on multidimensional data fusion. By integrating clinical data and existing auxiliary imaging examinations, predictive biomarkers for prognosis assessment will be identified, enabling individualized risk stratification, precise intervention, and lifelong disease management for heart failure patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2.任何疾病晚期致预期寿命＜6个月； 3.预期不能完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Any patients with advanced diseases whose expected lifespan is less than 6 months;
3. Those who are expected to be unable to complete the follow-up.
