研究目的：

1.主要目的：评估二次手术联合二次放射治疗在复发性瘢痕疙瘩治疗中的临床疗效。 2.次要目的： (1）评估二次放疗的安全性，重点观察伤口愈合延迟、皮肤萎缩、色素改变及溃疡等不良事件的发生率； (2）二次手术联合放射治疗2年后的复发率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of secondary surgery combined with re‑irradiation in the treatment of recurrent keloid. 2. Secondary Objectives: (1) To assess the safety of re‑irradiation, focusing on the incidence of adverse events such as delayed wound healing, skin atrophy, pigmentary changes, and ulceration. (2) To determine the recurrence rate at 2 years after secondary surgery combined with radiotherapy.
