研究目的：

1.评估手术切缘状态对口腔鳞状细胞癌患者长期预后及复发率的影响。 2.分析cN0口腔鳞癌患者选择性颈清的必要性。 3.评估口腔鳞状细胞癌患者术后辅助放疗在pN1且没有不良病理特征的情况下的必要性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Assess the impact of surgical margin status on long-term prognosis and recurrence rates in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma. 2. Analyze the necessity of selective neck dissection in cN0 oral squamous cell carcinoma patients. 3. Evaluate the necessity of postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy in oral squamous cell carcinoma patients with pN1 status but no adverse pathological features.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.生存患者术后1年内失访；
2.既往因其它疾病接受过放疗或化疗；
3.精神障碍或智力障碍者；
4.孕妇或哺乳期女性；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Lost to follow-up within 1 year after surgery for surviving patients;
2.Previously received radiotherapy or chemotherapy for other diseases;
3.People with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities;
4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This trial includes an experimental record book and case report forms. The experimental record book documents the experimental procedures and results in this study, as well as the participants' willingness to take part in the study during phone recruitment. The case report forms record the follow-up periods and follow-up content. All data will be promptly, truthfully, accurately, and completely recorded in the experimental record book and case report forms by the principal investigator, who will also be responsible for managing them.
