研究目的：

本项目旨在探索结肠水疗联合半量泻药与传统全量泻药方案相比，在择期结肠镜肠道准备中的清洁效果、安全性及患者满意度，为优化肠道准备提供新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to investigate the efficacy, safety, and patient satisfaction of colonic hydrotherapy combined with a reduced-dose laxative regimen versus the conventional full-dose laxative protocol for bowel preparation prior to elective colonoscopy, thereby providing novel strategies for optimizing intestinal preparation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 2.严重肾功能不全（肌酐清除率<30 mL/min）； 3.肠梗阻、肠穿孔或消化道大出血等急腹症； 4.炎症性肠病活动期； 5.既往结肠切除手术史； 6.严重心肺功能不全无法耐受结肠镜检查； 7.对硫酸镁钠钾浓溶液过敏； 8.近1周内已行肠道准备或结肠镜检查； 9.无法配合完成结肠水疗操作（如严重痔疮、肛门狭窄等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate < 30 mL/min); 3. Acute abdominal conditions such as intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation or massive gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Active stage of inflammatory bowel disease; 5. History of previous colectomy surgery; 6. Severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction unable to tolerate colonoscopy; 7. Allergic to magnesium sodium potassium chloride solution; 8. Within the past 1 week, undergone intestinal preparation or colonoscopy; 9. Unable to cooperate with the completion of colon hydrotherapy procedures (such as severe hemorrhoids, anal stenosis, etc.).
